About the role:

• Medium Rigid (MR) licence
• Manual transmission truck driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30kg – we assess this at a medical check before you start to ensure you’re safe on the job
• Strong physical fitness to be comfortable getting in and out of your truck all day, hand packing or unloading at each drop
• Excellent geographical knowledge of Traralgon and surrounds
• To be safety focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
• Have a customer service mindset with effective communication skills
• Good planning and organizational skills and basic numerical skills
• Forklift licence and experience highly desired

About you:

• To be physically fit
• Have good geographical knowledge
• Experience in manual handling advantageous
• Possess initiative and a strong work ethic
• Fit and can lift at least 30kg – we assess this at a pre-employment medical check to help make sure you’re safe on the job
• Laser focused, even when the role gets repetitive
• If you’ve got a forklift licence that’s a plus, since this comes handy moving freight around the warehouse

Are you a stickler for detail? Got a knack for making things happen in a tight timeframe?

Use your strong work ethic to help us keep delivering great service. You’ll be handloading parcels and cartons from conveyor belts into trucks ready for our drivers to deliver and unloading trucks when drivers get back to the warehouse. You’ll also be wrapping freight by hand or using a shrink wrap, electronically scanning parcels.
